Experience and Qualification:

I have worked as a Coach since 2010 and hold an ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring (Institute of Leadership and Management) (UK). My Coaching is based on the Ethical Standards of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

To ensure the professional standard of my Coaching, I undergo regular supervision in various forms with experts in the field.

How long does a Coaching session take?

Usually I plan with aproximately 1.5 hours per session. Depending on the topics and discussion, we will adapt your session accordingly.

How much is a Coaching session?

I am charging 175£ per hour. A 1.5 hour session will be 260£.

Of course we will need to check whether there’s a chemistry between us and whether we both feel that we can work together. Therefore I offer an initial get-to-know session for free.

Often organisations pay for coaching support of their employees. If that is not the case, I am happy to discuss alternative rates and arrangements.
